Help Dialog PRO Required

Engagement Analytics requires the Help Dialog PRO plugin. The PRO plugin includes Reach, Engagement, and Content Analytics.

User engagement with the Help Dialog is recorded with Engagement analytics. It shows user interaction with three areas of the Help Dialog: FAQs, search, and contact form.

1-3 Navigate to the Help Dialog menu, open the Analytics page, and click on the Engagement tab.

4 - Optionally select a date range to retrieve analytics. "Last 30 Days" is automatically selected.

The Most Helpful FAQs are pages that have good Frequently Asked Questions that help users to better understand the topic or that support their interest.

Overview:
1 - List of top pages
2 - The number of times a user viewed the Help Dialog FAQs on that page
3 - How many times user clicked on any question within the FAQ
4 - CTR (Click-Through Rate) is the total FAQ clicks divided by the total views per page.

Least Helpful FAQs are pages that have poor FAQs that do not help users to better understand the topic or answer their questions.

Searches Initiated are pages with the most searches and indicate that the shown FAQs in the Help Dialog are not sufficient or not relevant to help users with their questions.

The Contact Form View shows pages on which users most often opened the contact form.
