Debug File
Overview
If you encounter an issue and need help when submitting a support ticket, it is important to provide as much information as possible in order to better understand your website setup. This will help us find the solution much faster, as we will be able to potentially see the cause of the issue or identify the direction we need to go in order to resolve it. Providing detailed information is also helpful when seeking general support, as it allows us to better guide you. It’s like allowing your mechanic to see under the hood of your car.
The debug file is such a tool for this purpose.
Navigating to the Debug settings
To find the debug file, follow these steps:
- Go to the "Help Dialog" menu.
- Click on the "Advanced" page.
- Click on the "Debug" tab.
- Enable the debug output.
Download File
At the bottom, click the "Download System Information" button.
The file will be in your downloads folder on your computer. Attach this file to the form submission for your technical support request.
