Configure Widgets

Each widget has its own unique settings that can be configured. This allows for custom FAQs and other features to be added for specific site pages, tailoring the content of each page to the needs of the user. By providing individual settings for each widget, users can create a more personalized experience for their audience.

You can access individual widget settings by navigating to Help Dialog → Widgets, then selecting the widget you wish to edit from the top tabs to make it active.

  • Each tab represents an individual widget with its own settings, allowing you to configure unique widget tabs, locations, and other options. The Copy Active Widget button enables you to duplicate another active widget along with its settings except for location settings making it easy to create a new widget quickly.

  • The status bar allows you to publish your widget when ready, view it on the page, and save your current settings.

  • The widget settings are organized into tabs, with each tab containing a group of settings related to its name. For example, settings for the contact form can be found under the Contact Form tab.
