Click on the FAQs tab.

Select the position where the tab will appear in the Help Dialog.

Add, edit, or delete FAQs:
- Click the pencil icon to edit.
- Click the trash can icon to delete.
- Click the green plus button to add a new FAQ to the dialog.

To remove a FAQ from the dialog, click the red X icon.

Choose whether to display the search box. You can also enable search to include posts.
- If you have the Echo Knowledge Base installed, search results can include and display articles directly within the Help Dialog.
