Frequently Asked Questions

  • Click on the FAQs tab.

  • Select the position where the tab will appear in the Help Dialog.

  • Add, edit, or delete FAQs:

    • Click the pencil icon to edit.
    • Click the trash can icon to delete.
    • Click the green plus button to add a new FAQ to the dialog.
  • To remove a FAQ from the dialog, click the red X icon.

  • Choose whether to display the search box. You can also enable search to include posts.

    • If you have the Echo Knowledge Base installed, search results can include and display articles directly within the Help Dialog.

To add FAQs to your Help Dialog, follow these steps:
